Intercarat manufactures sockets and liners made of different polymers such as EPDM. These elements are predominantly used in piping systems, for example as seals or as adapters for wine bottling or in industrial processes. We manufacture liners for your butterfly valves, for example, up to the nominal size of DN200. We have versions for drinking water as well as an FDA-approved material for the foodstuff industry which can even be used in the production of baby food. Depending on the application, however, we also design screw covers for the medical industry or tube pieces, which are fitted between rigid pipes as sockets or liners. In addition, all moulded parts can also be modified further or "finished", for example by using PTFE lamination or different surface technologies.
