Intercarat has been working with its customers since 1995 on the design and development of gaskets and diaphragms and manufactures these in-house in the tripoint of France, Germany and Switzerland.

Customised design

We manufacture moulded parts made of rubber and plastic – also in combination with metal parts – according to your specification. Following design and production of the tools and/or moulds, we produce the respective gasket or diaphragm at our location in Duppigheim, providing full documentation of the process.

Variety of materials

Intercarat processes all common elastomers, from EPDM to NBR and HNBR, as well as thermoplastic materials such as PTFE. Needless to say, we comply with your industry-specific requirements with regard to approval and conformity (DVGW, KTW, FDA or GMP, etc.). If required, we can also manufacture a specially developed rubber mixture for you on our mill.

Product examples

For well-known customers from the chemical engineering and fluid handling sectors, we manufacture PTFE diaphragms for pumps and elastomer and multi-component diaphragms for pumps and actuators. Our range of products also includes control and rolling membranes as well as sealing rings, lip seals and piston assemblies.
